Congratulations to our friends at HACE for securing a 5-year, $750,000 implementation grant from the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation. HACE completed the 2025 Good Lands Neighborhood Development Plan in 2015, which identified a wide-range of community revitalization strategies such as economic development initiatives, affordable rental housing, provision of social services for older adults, and participation of residents through the creation of a Livability Academy.
Urban Partners teamed up with our colleagues at KSK Architects Planners Historians, Inc. to assist HACE in preparing the 2025 Good Lands Neighborhood Development Plan.
