Amy Cunniff

Amy Cunniff is a recent graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master's Degree in City Planning. Prior to joining Urban Partners in 2024, Amy served as an Employment Readiness and Placement case manager with Nationalities Service Center, where she assisted a diverse array of clients with accessing their basic needs. Amy has had experience interning with several nonprofits, including Share Food Program, Nationalities Service Center, and Regional Plan Association.

With Urban Partners, Amy has participated in a range of projects ranging from housing market analysis to economic impact reports, including the Oneida County NY Housing Study; the Route 60 Real Estate Market Study in Chesterfield County, VA; and a Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy in Chester, PA.
