Urban Partners has embarked on the Lexington-Fayette County Housing Market Demand Study in the beautiful State of Kentucky. We will be working for a partnership of civic-private organizations, including the Division of Planning, Lexington Fayette County Property Valuation Administrator (PVA), Lexington Downtown Development Authority (LDDA), Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors (LBAR), the Home Builders Association of Lexington (HBAL), and the Fayette Alliance Foundation.
The express purpose of this study is to identify mid-term (10 years) housing demand for both market rate and affordable housing types, and identify economic and regulatory barriers to meeting projected demand.
