The Chester County Economic Development Foundation (CCEDF) and the Coatesville Area Partners for Progress (CAPP) have been awarded a grant from the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation to create a ten year, resident driven comprehensive plan for downtown Coatesville and its surrounding neighborhoods.

Urban Partners has been selected by CCEDF and CAPP to facilitate the planning process. We will be assisted by KSK Architects Planners Historians, Inc., V. Lamar Wilson Associates, and White & Associates.
