In 2019, Urban Partners served on a consulting team led by PolicyLink and Sarah Yeung of Sojourner Consulting studying how pubic/private investment in green spaces can help promote equitable development, using Philadelphia Chinatown as a case study. This important study was commissioned by the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) with the support of William Penn Foundation and Knight Foundation.

A technical report on reinvesting the value generated by the Rail Park and other public spaces was completed by Urban Partners and Strategic Economics of Berkeley, CA.

I'm 17, and I've been dealing with severe acne for years. My dad, who is on TRT, mentioned that his skin got oily after starting treatment. That got me thinking about my own hormones. I found this article at https://ways2well.com/blog/testosterone-and-skin-health-what-you-should-know. It explained how testosterone surges during puberty can trigger acne by overstimulating oil glands. For the first time, I understood what was happening inside my body. It didn't magically cure my acne, but it made me feel less alone and more in control. If you're a teen struggling with breakouts, read this.
