Urban Partners was retained by the City of Martinsburg as part of a multi-disciplinary professional consulting team led by Environmental Resources & Consulting, LLC, with Stomberg/Garrigan & Associates, to prepare a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) brownfields reuse study for four key sites in downtown Martinsburg, West Virginia.
