Urban Partners was retained by the City of Martinsburg as part of a multi-disciplinary professional consulting team led by Environmental Resources & Consulting, LLC, with Stomberg/Garrigan & Associates, to prepare a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) brownfields reuse study for four key sites in downtown Martinsburg, West Virginia. The sites include Interwoven Mills, Thorn Lumber, Matthews Foundry, and the Roundhouse Complex. As part of this effort, Urban Partners conducted an assessment of the local real estate market to determine the economic viability of a variety of potential new uses for the sites.
