Congratulations to Upper Dublin Township, a longstanding client of Urban Partners, which received a $1 million grant through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) in the 2019 Round. Grant funding will support the development of the Upper Dublin Public Library and Innovation Center (UDPL) at 520 Virginia Drive in Fort Washington, PA.
Urban Partners assisted in preparing the RACP Application and Business Plan, including the fiscal/tax impacts and employment impact calculations. Our analysis shows that the new UDPL facility will result in $20.6 million in total economic impact and 122 full-time equivalent jobs.
